• Full Refund: Eligible items can be returned for a full return if the return is initiated within 7 days of arrival.
• Store Credit: Eligible items can be returned for store credit if the return is initiated within 14 days of arrival.

Conditions for Returns:

• Jewelry must be in its original, unworn condition.
• Items must be returned with all original packaging and tags intact.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs.

Process for Returns:

• Contact robin@devonroadjewelry.com to initiate the return process.
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or store credit.
• If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Exclusions:

• Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
